Cleaning and Vibratory Compounds from BCS Company, Inc.

BCS Company manufactures and stocks a large variety of Aqueous Compounds to compliment every surface preparation function.

CLEANING & CUTTING COMPOUNDS can be used in spray washers, soak tanks, agitation tanks, flow-thru systems, ultrasonic systems and power washers. BCS Company vibratory compounds serve 3 function:

Remove oils, grease and other shop soils during the production process,avoiding a pre-cleaning operation.
Keep abrasive media open and free cutting.
Removal of heat treat scale, rust tarnish and other oxides. Some provide bleaching to restore natural color.

DEFOAMERS are designed for defoaming problems in vibratory applications, especially for foam control in problem areas like drains and sumps.
BURNISHING COMPOUNDS are used to produce a high color, highly reflective, brightly polished appearance on a part which has previously been deburred and smoothed.
ABRASIVE COMPOUNDS contain aluminum oxide grit, a very aggressive compound, and are excellent for part on part work.
RUST INHIBITORS are available in liquid and powdered versions and provide short term (2 days - 2 weeks) invisible rust protection without oils, greases or waxes.

The CitriSurf® citric acid cleaning and passivation process is based on cutting edge technology using safe and environmentally friendly citric acid to remove the free iron from the surface of stainless steel.

It is specifically designed to provide low cost and efficient removal of contaminants and all free iron from the surface of austenitic and duplex grades of stainless steel, providing the highest chrome oxide levels possible.
2210	Formulated for the cleaning and passivation of stainless steel products. It is provided in a high viscosity form for easy application on weld joints, vertical surfaces, and other large items or areas that cannot be conveniently dipped in a bath. It is specifically designed to provide low cost and efficient removal of all free iron from the surface of stainless steel and other metals, providing the highest chrome oxide levels possible.
2250	Formulated for the cleaning and passivation of stainless steel products. It is specifically designed to provide low cost and efficient removal of contaminants and all free iron from the surface of most grades of stainless steel, including austenitic, ferritic, martensitic, precipitation hardening, and duplex, providing the highest chrome oxide levels possible.
2310	Formulated for cleaning, rust removal and passivation of stainless steel products.
